We own the Kornit Avalanche HD6 industrial DTG printers that deposit ink at 1200 dpi. We operate the pre-treatment stations that prepare dark garments for white underbase printing. We run the inline curing systems that bond water-based CMYK ink to cotton fibers at temperatures that guarantee wash longevity. Kornit Avalanche HD6 Industrial DTG Printers
Six-color CMYK+W (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, plus White ink channel) with integrated pre-treatment and inline curing. 1200 dpi native resolution. Print speed: up to 350 garments per hour per machine. We operate multiple units in parallel to handle surge demand during championship seasons and viral meme drops.
Pre-Treatment System
Automated spray application of pre-treatment solution to dark garments, ensuring white underbase adhesion and color vibrancy. Calibrated by fabric type: ringspun cotton, bamboo fiber, organic cotton, and performance blends each receive distinct pre-treatment profiles.
Inline Curing & Drying
Conveyor-based heat curing at 320°F (160°C) for 90 seconds, bonding water-based ink to cotton fibers permanently. Post-cure inspection station checks for ink deposition consistency, edge sharpness, and color accuracy against approved previews.
Quality Control Floor
5-station inspection protocol — pre-print fabric check, mid-print spot check, post-cure consistency check, folding and packaging check, and final shipping label verification. Defect rate target: under 0.3%.
Fabric Warehouse
Direct sourcing relationships with GOTS-certified organic cotton farms, FSC-certified bamboo fiber suppliers, and recycled polyester blend manufacturers. Fabric lots are tested for DTG receptivity, wash shrinkage, and colorfastness before entering production.
